How it works

Four quiet steps, from brief to arrival.

  1. I
    Brief

We meet with the family office or HR director to understand the household, family preferences, languages, expectations, and seasonal rhythms.

  2. II
    Shortlist

Three carefully selected candidates are presented with full dossiers, references, and video introductions within seven working days.

  3. III
    Interview

You interview candidates in person in Mumbai or by secure video. Where appropriate, we coordinate trial periods and practical assessments.

  4. IV
    Arrival

We assist with visa processing, medical clearance, travel arrangements, and onboarding, ensuring the candidate arrives prepared for service from day one.

Sponsorship

Sponsor a candidate. We invoice the household directly.

When a household, family office, or employer sponsors a candidate, the candidate pays no tuition. The full programme fee is invoiced directly to the sponsoring employer, and the candidate joins the household upon graduation for an agreed period of service.

  • 21-day residential training programme, fully inclusive
  • Background screening, medical clearance, and document processing
  • Visa application and travel arrangements coordinated by the Academy
  • Six months of aftercare and replacement guarantee
A word from a principal
The first man arrived in October. Within two weeks, he had become a valued member of the household. We have since engaged three more graduates, and now friends and family are doing the same.
