For Hotels & Resorts

Training Your Hospitality Staff You Have Already Chosen

For hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups that have already selected staff in India, the Gulf Service Academy offers a valuable training solution. You may send your chosen staff members to our academy for professional preparation before they travel to your property in the Gulf region. Since the staff has already been selected by you, only the training fee is payable. No recruitment fee will be charged. During their time at the academy, staff are trained in the standards, discipline, grooming, service mindset, etiquette, communication, and practical skills required in refined hospitality environments. They learn not only how to perform their duties, but also how to represent your property with pride, confidence, and cultural awareness. This gives hospitality employers the best of both worlds: staff they have personally selected, professionally trained, and fully prepared to deliver gracious, polished, and reliable service from their first day on the job.
